Key Responsibilities:


  • To manage all configures technical product data - such as documents, drawings, specifications, etc. as an integrated part of system engineering.
  • Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets, procurement specifications and Bill of Materials
  • Compile information to create the Master Record of Index and issue to those authorized as required.
  • Registration of new codes of the different products and maintain the specifications of the same.
  • To inform ERP team to register the require information regarding the various products that are manufactured in the company.
  • Register and Document the Engineering Change Proposals where / when required
  • Maintain configuration methodologies and techniques by continuous verification, control and upgrade of configuration principles.
  • Compile and maintain procedures, documentations and techniques required to monitor all controlled items.
  • Implement processes related to document control and management.
  • Follow processes and procedures for the opening of a new project and inform relevant personnel.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external clients and suppliers to ensure that documents contain correct and understandable information regards their categorization.
  • Generate document control reports and document tracking registers for specific projects as required
  • Perform regular audits on documents against required information to ensure compliance with client requirements and company procedures.
  • Prepare the Annual Budget for the Quality Control Section.
  • Responsibility to handle & manage the GHQ & ITAR related Documentation.


Experience and Education:


  • Diploma (Technical direction) / equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years active previous configuration experience


Key Skills:


  • Ability to manage data efficiently
  • Basic computer literacy in MS Office packages (MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Basic report writing skills
  • Basic  understanding/knowledge of manufacturing process
  • Competency and accuracy in recording and calculating data
  • Ability to establish subject matter credibility with all levels of employees
  • Understanding and knowledge of ISO procedures an advantage
