Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Client delivery and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects, testing and operational tasks. This role involves managing client relationships, UAT testing of products for client, handling client reported issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client satisfaction and service excellence.

•    Manage end-to-end client delivery processes, ensuring timely and high quality service. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requests. 
•    Foster strong client relationships, and conduct regular client check-ins to assess needs and problem areas of the product. 
•    Handle escalations and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner within defined SLA’s.
•    Maintain accurate records of client interactions, document all UAT results, including pass/fail criteria and identified client defects. 
•    Develop UAT test plans and scenarios based on business and client requirements. Create detailed test cases, test scripts and test data for UAT. 
•    Execute UAT test cases, ensuring that all test scenarios are covered. Identify, document and track defects (both internal and client), inconsistencies, or user experience issues.
•    Collaborate with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues internal UAT and Client issues.
•    Conduct trainings on process, product and provide UAT walkthroughs and support to the client during UAT execution.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth collaboration.


Experience and Education Qualification

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    3+ years of experience in UAT or software testing.
•    Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
•    Experience with testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar
•    Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud. 
•    Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting (Bash, python or similar)
•    Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
•    Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Skills

•    Skilled in Atlassian based products – JIRA, Confluence
•    ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
•    Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
•    Basic knowledge of network and security concepts 
•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing
