We are seeking a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies to join our team focused on tech and secure communications. The ideal candidate will facilitate our Agile processes, enhance team collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster team engagement and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
• Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between product owners, stakeholders, and the development team to clarify requirements and manage expectations.
• Assist product owners in maintaining a well-prioritized backlog and ensuring user stories are clearly defined and actionable.
• Track team performance metrics and facilitate the use of these metrics to identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery, facilitating discussions to address challenges proactively.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments to enhance productivity and innovation.

Experience and Education Qualification 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or secure communications environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and their practical application in software development
• Familiarity with secure communications technologies and principles is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar project management software
• Background in software development or Engineering 
• Knowledge of DevOps practices  

Key Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
