RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development & Sales Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
Business Analysis & Strategy
• Conduct market research, financial modeling, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision making.
• Analyze sales data, and business metrics to identify improvement areas.
• Develop business cases for new projects, partnerships, and investments.
Project Management & Execution
• Lead cross functional teams to deliver business development projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time and within budget delivery.
• Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution.
Contract Review & Commercial Governance
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Assess commercial risks, liabilities, and financial implications within agreements.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize contract terms.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure contract lifecycle management best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales & Commercial Management.
• Experience in conducting business analysis, financial evaluation, and feasibility assessments.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cross functional projects.
• Experience in contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
• Certification in Business analysis and Project Management are plus.
• Excellent Arabic and English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, and data driven decision making.
• Pricing strategy and contract negotiation expertise.
• Planning, execution, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze contractual terms, identify risks, and ensure commercial compliance.
