Pulse Nova, a joint venture between EDGE and Indra, is advancing the development and production of next-generation radar systems and defense technologies. We are seeking a Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management activities, ensuring the reliable flow of materials required to support production, industrialization, and future growth.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead procurement, logistics, inbound/outbound operations and warehouse activities to ensure material availability for production and ramp‑up
  • Define and execute sourcing strategy (supplier selection, dual sourcing, risk mitigation, cost competitiveness) and build a resilient supply base
  • Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, permits and shipping documentation for international flows (incl. Incoterms governance as applicable)
  • Drive supplier performance management (quality, delivery, responsiveness), leading corrective actions and escalation when required
  • Run supply chain inputs to S&OP with Production Planning (inventory strategy, lead times, constraints, mitigation plans) and communicate trade‑offs clearly
  • Maintain inventory health and warehouse governance (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, traceability, shelf‑life/ESD controls, inventory accuracy)
  • Build and optimize the internal logistics model for kitting, line feeding and finished goods deliveries aligned with production priorities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • 12+ years in supply chain leadership roles in manufacturing environments, ideally with complex electronics/mechatronics supply bases
  • Experience leading procurement and supplier management, including negotiation, contracting and supplier risk mitigation (dual sourcing/long‑lead control)
  • Proven experience managing international logistics and customs/import‑export processes, documentation and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP environments, inventory optimization principles and master data discipline impacting planning performance
  • Experience operating in high‑reliability/regulated industries is a plus (traceability, controlled items, audit readiness)
