PULSE NOVA, the joint venture between EDGE and INDRA, is seeking an experienced Production Planner to lead the planning and scheduling activities that ensure efficient, reliable, and scalable manufacturing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the production planning process (MPS, short term sequencing and capacity alignment) to deliver output and schedule adherence
- Act as key interface between Planning (SAP/ERP) and shopfloor execution (MES): ensure alignment of production orders, reporting discipline, and data accuracy to protect schedule adherence
- Run the monthly S&OP cycle, preparing scenarios and aligning demand, materials, capacity and manuf. constraints with clear decisions
- Translate demand changes into executable schedules, defining priorities, freeze windows and change control to protect plan stability
- Drive continuous improvement with Process Engineering / Industrial System Designers and Lean Manufacturing leader: optimize sequencing rules, changeovers, bottlenecks, and standard work to increase plan stability and throughput

- Maintain planning parameters and data accuracy in ERP/MRP (leads, safety stocks, lot sizes, BOM/routings), ensuring data integrity
- Track and lead corrective actions on planning KPIs (OTD/OTIF, schedule adherence, plan stability, inventory health, backlog) with structured follow up
- Support ramp up planning and industrialization milestones, building capacity and material readiness plans and communicating constraints proactively
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in production planning / scheduling / S&OP roles in manufacturing environments (high mix or high reliability preferred)
- Solid hands on experience with ERP/MRP systems (planning modules, BOM structures, routings, calendars) and strong data discipline
- Proven experience managing constraints (capacity/materials) and driving schedule adherence and plan stability in dynamic environments
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/BI tools) with the ability to communicate scenarios and trade offs to leadership
- Experience supporting NPI/industrialization and ramp up planning is a plus (capacity readiness, material readiness, change control)
