Pulse Nova is seeking a Radar After Sales Team Lead to lead the sustainment and lifecycle support of advanced radar systems throughout their operational service. This leadership role is responsible for driving after-sales strategy, ensuring high system availability, and delivering exceptional customer support through effective maintenance, technical assistance, and operational readiness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise the Radar After Sales team to ensure high system availability, timely maintenance execution, effective incident resolution, and successful lifecycle support for deployed radar systems.
- Define team priorities, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance against contractual commitments, service level expectations, operational KPIs, and customer support objectives.
- Act as the primary interface for customers and internal stakeholders on all after-sales matters, coordinating engineering, supply chain, repair centers, field service, and program management to ensure timely and effective support delivery.
- Drive troubleshooting and recovery strategies for complex technical issues affecting radar system availability, reliability, maintainability, or operational performance in service.
- Oversee service planning, spare parts readiness, repair workflows, technical documentation updates, and maintenance execution to support long-term sustainment objectives.
- Establish, standardize, and continuously improve after-sales processes, including incident management, technical escalation handling, root-cause analysis, lessons learned, and knowledge retention.
- Support the definition and execution of modernization, retrofit, training, warranty, and long-term support packages aligned with customer operational requirements and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, export control, contractual, and defense program requirements across all after-sales and field support activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in technical support, integrated logistics support, field service, maintenance engineering, or after-sales functions, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong technical background in radar, RF, electronics, or other mission-critical defense systems across service, sustainment, and operational support phases.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, customer interfaces, service performance, and technical escalations in complex and demanding programs.
- Proven ability to lead incident resolution, maintenance planning, repair coordination, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, reporting, stakeholder management, and coordination skills in international and customer-facing environments.
- Familiarity with maintenance documentation, spare parts management, service KPIs, warranty handling, and contractual support obligations is highly valued.
- Experience in long-term sustainment, retrofit programs, operational support readiness, or integrated support environments is considered a strong plus.
