Job Summary
HRBP Manager will support the HR department in various functions, focusing on both strategic and operational HR activities. This role will involve working closely with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs while also managing day-to-day HR tasks such as performance management, compliance, organization change, employee engagement and training needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategic HR Support:
- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Support organizational change initiatives and help manage the impact on employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and addressing grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Assist in identifying employee development needs and creating training and development plans.
HR Admniistration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide information to employees regarding benefit plans, leave policies, and other HR programs.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement activities and programs.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve workplace culture.
Experience & Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
• Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
