Proposal Production Manager

The Proposal Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of business proposals, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client requirements and deadlines.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, including writers, subject matter experts, designers, and reviewers throughout the proposal lifecycle
• Develop and maintain proposal production schedules, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadline requirements
• Establish and enforce proposal processes, templates, and best practices to optimize efficiency and maintain consistency
• Oversee the proposal review process, including coordination of color team reviews, executive reviews, and quality control checks
• Manage proposal resources, including staff allocation, budget tracking, and vendor relationships
• Maintain a library of proposal content, including boilerplate materials, past winning proposals, and technical documentation
• Train and mentor proposal team members on processes, tools, and best practices

Technical Competencies

• Demonstrated Experience orchestrating complex Tenders
• Solid understanding of Bid management processes and best practices
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Background in technical writing or content development
• Experience with graphics design software
