We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Specialist to support cross-functional project management and technical coordination across international stakeholders, with a strong focus on Chinese-speaking partners and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key liaison between internal teams and Chinese-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear technical and commercial communication.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor milestones, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, technical reports, and project updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support collaboration across engineering, R&D, manufacturing, procurement, and commercial teams.
• Assist with China office operations, supplier engagement, and technology-related initiatives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and support the successful execution of strategic projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline (PhD preferred).
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong technical understanding of engineering and scientific concepts.
• Proven experience coordinating complex, technology-driven projects.
• Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
