Sr. Engineer, System Integration

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Engineer - System Integration to join our team and ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. Key Accountabilities

• Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Manage and fine-tune network configurations, firewalls, and VPNs to support secure and scalable connectivity across the organization.

• Design, implement, and maintain IT automation solutions to streamline operations, improve system reliability, and enhance monitoring capabilities.

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on system integration, ensuring seamless deployment and alignment with operational goals.

• Provide hands-on support for software deployments, system upgrades, and security patching across various environments.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and standard operating practices.

• Monitor IT systems proactively, diagnose potential issues, and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime and support continuous business operations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years in IT infrastructure, network administration, or IT automation.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux system administration.

  • Proven experience in network setup and troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, and VLAN configuration.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and exposure to AI-based IT services or monitoring solutions.

  • Proficiency in virtualization platforms such as VMware or similar technologies.

  • Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and system management tasks.
