Position Summary

Your role as an Assembly Manager is to manage assembly operations for propulsion systems, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with aerospace standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee assembly activities for propulsion systems.
• Ensure adherence to assembly schedules and quality standards.
• Manage team performance and provide technical guidance.
• Implement Lean manufacturing principles for process optimization.
• Coordinate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100 and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in  assembly operations. ( aerospace desirable not mandatory )
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
