Security, Associate (Emirati Talent)
Core Accountabilities:
• Support the Security Shared Services team in managing specific screening requirements
• Oversee the collation of ID documents for Security Shared Services
• Handle interactions in a busy environment with high volumes
• Escalate security concerns to management in an appropriate and timely manner
• Take incoming calls and assist with queries in a swift and professional manner
• Prioritize incoming emails from all lines of business and respond in a timely manner
• Assign access to critical and restricted areas of the company to individuals, once the appropriate
approval has been sought
• Investigate and resolve issues that may arise with employees ID cards
• Ensure that documented procedures are kept up to date and spreadsheets are maintained
• Oversee running of daily, weekly and monthly reports on a security database to ensure records
are kept up to date
• Arrange meetings, compile and distribute minutes
• Assist the team supervisor/manager with project work as and when required.
• Ensure delivery of employee related services like permanent – temporary TIP gate pass & Military
base pass within the allocated timeframe
Supporting Accountabilities:
• Some experience and knowledge in OpSec - Security
• Organized with attention to detail
• Clear and confident oral and written communicator
Experience:
• 4-5 years in Operational Security – Security function, in the UAE/Middle east (preferably).
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent
Key Skills:
• MS Office
• Knowledge of key OpSec – Security metrics with the ability to track for progress
• Knowledge of OpSec - Security-specific legislation and requirements
• Proficiency in the English language
