In this role you will oversee and optimize the processes, systems, and strategies that support the sales team, ultimately driving revenue growth. This includes managing sales data, forecasting, performance metrics, and implementing tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
• Organize the schedule for the Head of Sales in line with Sales Operations and priorities
• Manage the administrative arrangements and the planning for internal and external meetings and conferences and attend as necessary
• Provide high-level secretariat support to meetings including preparing agendas, producing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed
• Interact effectively with other leaders, executive assistants, and departments to ensure cooperation and open communication
• Coordinate and complete ad-hoc projects as needed and handle other responsibilities specific to the department
• Prepare reports, memos presentation material as required, noting the need for accessibility in all documentation from all sources
Sales Management Office:
• Responsible for overseeing the development of programs/activities that support Sales and BD’s main objectives. Includes but not limited to the following;
• Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the business unit
• Working with other departments with anything that is in relation to Sales BD activities/goals
• Monitoring projects/activities and overseeing team's needs to ensure goals are met
• Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program/activity status and goals
• Working with the team to improve strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies
Sales Process Optimization
Streamline and optimize sales process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness ensuring a smooth workflow from Lead generation to deal closure
Data Analysis
•Analyze Sales Data and metrics to provide insights for decision-making, identify trends and support strategic planning
Sales Forecasting
•Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets
Sales reporting: Generate regular reports on Key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and other relevant metrics for management review such as CEO dashboard
Process Documentation: Document and maintain sales processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and scalability
Event Management: Co-facilitate Events as agreed with the Head of Sales / Line Manager. Activities may include:
• Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Events team as maybe required for event management
• Plan and execute relevant KATIM events, and promotional gatherings as per the direction of the organisation and Sales function
• Co-facilitate the coordination of logistics, management of budgets, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Measure event success through predefined KPIs and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.
Experience and Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or Marketing or related field
• 4+ years’ experience in sales operations and sales support or a related role within the technology industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
