Key Responsibilities :

 

The Composite Production Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production processes related to composite materials. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, and supporting the production team to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• Production Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling production activities to ensure timely delivery of composite materials while optimizing resource utilization.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including reports on material usage, production output, and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to facilitate smooth operations and address any production-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving production processes and efficiency. Propose and implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment. Promote a culture of safety and report any hazards or incidents.

 

Education & Experience:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in production administration or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of composite manufacturing processes and materials.
• Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Require knowledge of SAP & Lean Manufacturing 

 

Physical Requirements:

 

• Ability to lift and carry materials.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and chemicals.
