Development Engineer II – Large Caliber Ammunition Development (Lahab)

About the Role We are hiring a Development Engineer II – Large Caliber Ammunition to support the full lifecycle of large‑caliber ammunition systems, from concept to qualification and industrialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design.
• Conduct engineering analyses (lethality, penetration, structural).
• Support production line definition and industrialization.
• Participate in prototype manufacturing and test preparation.
• Plan and participate in test campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with military standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and control technical documentation.
• Support proposals, supplier coordination, and continuous improvement.
• Execute MRP/ERP tasks.

Key Requirements

• Specialist‑level knowledge of ammunition design.
• Strong modelling, simulation, and CAD skills.
• Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in large‑caliber ammunition design.

Working Environment Office‑based with visits to integration and test facilities, including possible travel abroad.
