Key Responsibilities :

 
Prepares detailed 2D/3D technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for construction projects using AutoCAD/Revit. Responsibilities include coordinating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Create accurate, detailed MEP (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) and Civil drawings, sections, and elevations based on engineer sketches. Ensure seamless integration of MEP services within structural and architectural designs to avoid conflicts. Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, identify deviations, and update drawings accordingly. Create detailed technical drawings for car park layouts, including standard bays, disabled parking, and EV charging stations

Education & Experience:

 
- Diploma or technical degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering Proven experience in both Civil and MEP drafting within the construction industry
- 5-15 years of experience in:
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Revit (BIM) is mandatory 
Prepare detailed shop drawings for civil (structural, reinforcement) and MEP (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) systems 
Experience in producing coordinated services drawings to ensure MEP services do not clash with structural elements 
Drafting Civil drawings, sections, and elevations based on engineer sketches
