This role provides foundational experience in secure communication systems and cross‑domain (red/black) separation. Graduates will learn to implement and test encryption and secure interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing software for secure communications and network encryptors; implement and test basic encryption functions.
- Learn red‑black separation concepts and compliance standards.
- Support integration of cryptographic devices and monitor performance under supervision.
- Help write scripts for key management, authentication and logging; perform basic vulnerability testing.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.
- Coursework in networking, cryptography and secure coding.
- Familiarity with Linux, networking protocols and basic cryptographic libraries.
