Role Purpose:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Engineer I in Embedded Electronics Systems to join our team. As an Embedded Electronics Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing both hardware and firmware for various electronic systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, contribute to the development of new processes, and provide insightful reports. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the electronics field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Test Systems: Design digital and analog systems, and conduct testing of embedded electronics systems.

• Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting tests to assess performance and functionality.

• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes.

• Documentation: Write technical reports, compile data, and track the progress of existing projects.

• Troubleshooting: Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and electronics hardware for both current and future test systems.

• Firmware Design: Proficient in firmware design for embedded systems.

• Embedded Programming Languages: Experience with Embedded C and Python programming.

• PCB Design: Skilled in designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for embedded systems.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the design of electronic modules, both hardware and firmware.

Knowledge/Qualifications:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or a similar discipline.
