Engineer I, Platform Integration

Job Summary

The platform integration system engineering by understanding the requirement, chairing the technical meetings and communicate with weapon system engineers. Writing ICD, perform and plan for test and evaluation, qualifications and mentor new system engineers in the department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Establish integration requirement documents and end user requirements
• Establish integration specification and scope of work
• Establish TEMP and SEMP for platform integration
• Maintain the interfaces between the platform and the weapon
• New development projects
• Transfer of know-how and provide tasks for new system engineers
• The integration projects in the platform integration department

Required Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelors in engineering science or system engineering
• 5yrs experience within a similar engineering role
• System engineering documentation
• Upgrading platforms
• Integrating weapons into platforms
• Dealing with end users and customers
• Problem solving
• System logic protocols
• Communicating and influencing
• Commercial awareness
• Analytical thinking
• Understand Lean principles
