Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to perform guidance and control systems support and development. The engineer will act as a supporter to the senior and principal engineers and grow into the role of an independent guidance and control systems designer

- Execute any of the departmental technical capabilities not limited to:
- Simulation
- Guidance & Control
- Tracking System
- Software Development [SIL and PIL]
- Lab Testing and Performance Verification
- Mission Planning
- Mentoring Engineers Not Limited To:
- Junior Engineers
- Flight Test
- Pre-Flight Preparation
- Flight Test
- Post-Flight Analysis
- Provides support for the senior engineer in the form of technical contributions.

Experience & Education Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years’ engineering experience is required in the field of guidance and control.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (i.e. electrical, mechanical, embedded systems, aerospace engineering, etc.)
- It is preferred that the person has completed their basic engineering training in the field of guidance and control systems.
- Knowledge of 6-DoF simulations, guidance and control systems as applied to guided weapon system.
- Familiarity with the dynamics and kinematics of guided weapon systems
- Control systems
- Simulation software such as Matlab and Simulink
