We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands-on experience in supporting, configuring, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructures. This is a client-facing support role that will focus on our network products, ensuring they are maintained, and optimized in line with client requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

•    Provide client-facing support for our network products and related infrastructure.
•    Install, configure, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
•    Monitor product performance and proactively resolve connectivity and stability issues.
•    Implement and maintain product-specific network security policies and configurations.
•    Assist in upgrades, patching, and maintenance of our network products.
•    Collaborate with internal engineering teams and vendors for product-related escalations.
•    Maintain documentation of product deployments, incidents, and support activities.
•    Deliver timely support in accordance with defined SLAs and response timelines.

 

Education and Minimum Requirements 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•    Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network support.
•    Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and switching technologies.
•    Experience with firewall administration, VPN technologies, and secure networking practices.
•    Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients.

 

Key Skills

•    Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent).
•    Experience in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
•    Prior exposure to supporting proprietary or specialized network products.
•    Knowledge of data center or cloud networking concepts is a plus.
