External Stakeholder Relations - Emirati Talent

Core Accountabilities

Engagement

•Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are aware of the company’s Learning and Innovation Factory (LIF) offerings, Curricula and approach.

• Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are engaged with the goals of LIF.

•Planning and executing, together with Group Marketing and Communication, the marketing and communication initiatives connected to LIF.

•Actively participating in marketing and communication events.

•Creating an image of LIF as the trusted learning and innovation hub within the covered topics of the LIF Offerings and Curricula.

•Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from stakeholders to identify learning and innovation priorities, gaps, and opportunities

•Cultivate a sense of community and belonging within the Learning and Innovation Factory ecosystem. Facilitate networking opportunities, knowledge sharing forums, and community-building events to connect participants and foster collaboration.

•Solicit feedback from participants on their experiences with learning and innovation initiatives. Use surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gather insights and continuously improve programs and services.

Experience:

•Minimum 7 years of experience from relevant field of work.

•Good practical knowledge and profound experience / expertise in operations from a Training and Education related environment.

•Sales and Marketing related experience if beneficial

•Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable

Education:

Bachelor's/ Master's

Key Skills:

•Creation of KPIs and reporting throughout company structures of the same.

•Advanced MS Office user with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

•Fundamental understanding of stakeholder engagement.

•Very strong people skills.

•Preparation and execution of marketing and communication events.

•Network of Learning and Development related ecosystem in the UAE (strongly preferred)

•SCRUM master (preferred)
