Job Objective
The Finance Director will lead and oversee core finance functions including financial planning, reporting, treasury, governance, tax/VAT, fixed assets, commercial finance, and compliance activities to support business growth and profitability.
The role requires strong manufacturing finance experience with expertise in production costing, raw material pricing, inventory valuation, plant efficiency, and CAPEX planning, along with the ability to manage complex financial operations across multiple functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
•Advise executive management on financial strategy, profitability, pricing, investments, and cost optimization. 
•Support business growth through strategic financial planning and operational efficiency improvements. 
•Participate in leadership meetings and board presentations. 
FP&A, Treasury & Reporting
•Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring, and financial modeling. 
•Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking operations, and treasury coordination. 
•Oversee month-end closings, reconciliations, and executive reporting. 
Accounting, Inventory & Governance
•Oversee general ledger operations, inventory valuation, COGS validation, and margin analysis. 
•Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company policies and regulations. 
•Review and improve finance policies, controls, and governance processes. 
AP/AR, Fixed Assets & Tax
•Oversee AP and AR activities to ensure timely payments and collections. 
•Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and reporting. 
•Supervise VAT, Corporate Tax, and overall financial compliance. 
Commercial & Project Finance
•Conduct financial reviews of contracts and project finance activities. 
•Support CAPEX reviews, commercial evaluations, and project monitoring. 
•Support insurance and legal finance matters when required. 
Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or Master’s preferred). 
•Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 
•Strong manufacturing industry experience within industrial or production-driven environments. 
•Proven experience leading finance teams and managing end-to-end finance operations. 
•Strong knowledge of accounting standards, treasury, governance, VAT/Corporate Tax, and financial controls. 
•Hands-on SAP ERP experience is required. 
•International or multi-entity finance exposure is preferred.
