Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of recruitment operations expert to oversee and optimize the recruitment operations function. This role will be pivotal in managing both Functional Operations (scheduling, pre-boarding) and Strategic Operations (operations specialists, data analytics, vendor management). The leader will also drive change management initiatives, ensure the adoption of new technologies, and oversee the talent acquisition technology stack and daily operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Operations:

  • Oversee scheduling processes for interviews and candidate assessments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Manage the pre-boarding process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 Strategic Operations:

  • Lead and manage recruitment operations specialists, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust data analytics framework to track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

Technology and Process Management:

  • Oversee the talent acquisition technology stack, ensuring tools and platforms are effectively utilized and continuously optimized.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that enhance recruitment operations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve system integration, data accuracy, and automation.

Change Management and Adoption:

  • Lead change management initiatives related to recruitment operations and technology implementation.
  • Foster an environment that embraces innovation, ensuring seamless adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Provide training and support to the recruitment team to enhance system and process adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment technologies and systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with change management methodologies and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
