Key Responsibilities :

The Junior Composite Production Administrator assists in coordinating and managing the production processes related tocomposite materials. This entry-level position supports the production team by maintaining documentation, monitoringinventory, and ensuring quality standards are met while gaining valuable experience in composite manufacturing operations.


• Production Support: Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Documentation Maintenance: Help maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, production output, and quality checks.
• Inventory Monitoring: Support inventory management by tracking raw materials and finished products, and communicating needs for restocking.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and other departments to address production-related issues and share updates on project status.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying potential areas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the production workflow.
• Training and Development: Engage in training opportunities to enhance knowledge of composite materials and production techniques.


Education & Experience:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in painting or coatings preferred.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the painting industry.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Require knowledge of SAP & Lean Manufacturing.

Physical Requirements:


• Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions..
