Job Title: Land Test Team Lead

Reports To: Engineering Manager
Location: Abu Al Abyad Test Range

Role Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of land-based defence testing, including arena, rocket/engine, insensitive munitions, and mine resistance tests. Manage test engineers and technicians, oversee data acquisition, and ensure compliance with safety and defence standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and lead land test activities and test setups.
• Oversee data acquisition, test execution, and reporting.
• Ensure calibration and readiness of test equipment.
• Lead and develop engineers and technicians.
• Support continuous improvement of testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in defence test and evaluation, explosive testing, and data acquisition.
• Knowledge of STANAG, AOP, and UN testing standards.
• Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
