 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the aircraft industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong background in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of various aircraft systems and components. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure the safety, reliability, and performance of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection & Maintenance:
  • Perform routine and scheduled inspections, maintenance, and repairs on aircraft systems, including avionics, engines, hydraulic systems, and landing gear.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Repair:
  • Diagnose malfunctions using specialized equipment and technical manuals, and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues promptly and accurately.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Compliance & Safety:
  • Adhere to FAA regulations, company procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineers, pilots, and other technicians to address complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in regulations.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of performing complex maintenance tasks on various types of aircraft.
• Education:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Aircraft Engineering.
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required.
  • Additional certifications or specialized training in aircraft systems (e.g., avionics, propulsion) preferred.
