Job Title: Manager, HC Business Partner

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Reports To: Director HCBP

Job Purpose

The Manager, HC Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives while supporting organizational priorities within high-technology, engineering, and manufacturing environments. The role partners with leaders and HR teams to drive employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Key Accountabilities

- Execute HR strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and applicable regulations.
- Support talent management and internal mobility initiatives to retain and develop technical talent.
- Implement HR policies, compensation, benefits, and performance management frameworks aligned with company standards.
- Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning activities aligned with business operating models.
- Lead change management initiatives, including reorganizations, integrations, and transformation projects.
- Drive employee engagement programs that support business culture and employee experience.

Education and Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Master's degree in HR, Employment Law, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent certifications are desirable.

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 3-5 years in a strategic HRBP/HCBP role.
- Experience within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, technology, or other regulated environments.
- Proven experience supporting technical workforce populations and operational business functions.
- Strong background in talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success leading transformation, growth, restructuring, or integration initiatives.
- Startup or fast-growth environment experience is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience using HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Advanced employee relations and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Understanding of engineering and manufacturing operating environments and technical talent management.
- Ability to work effectively within complex, cross-functional organizations.
