Core Accountabilities:

  • Support the Director HR Services in developing and implementing the employee engagement strategy for EBS.

  • Define and continuously refine the core culture and values of EDGE Group in alignment with evolving business strategies.

  • Identify, design, and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, events, and services, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Drive a data-driven approach to shaping the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and enhancing employee engagement across EBS.

  • Lead and manage employee engagement surveys, from conceptualization to execution, analysis, and presentation of insights to senior leadership.

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for employee engagement initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.

  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party providers, including survey and technology vendors, to support engagement initiatives.

  • Manage the annual human capital budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic workforce planning and business objectives.

  • Oversee manpower planning, ensuring workforce requirements are aligned with organizational goals and business demands.

  • Drive organization design and structure, ensuring it supports the overall business strategy and enhances operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to support hiring processes for key positions, particularly those involving external resources or secondments from partner entities.

  • Support Director HC Services in leading culture-driven and change management initiatives across EDGE Group to enhance workplace harmony and employee experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Human Capital, with a strong focus on Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, and Workforce Planning.

  • At least two years of experience in a senior management role within Employee Engagement or Organizational Development in a medium-to-large corporate.

  • Experience in the UAE or Middle East region is desirable.

  • Proven expertise in strategic manpower planning, budgeting, and organization design.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • HR certification with a focus on Employee Engagement, Workforce Planning, or Organization Design (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is desirable.

Key Skills:

  • MS Office  
  • Knowledge of key Employee Engagement metrics with the ability to track for progress 
  • Knowledge of Employee Engagement best practice, methodologies, third party providers
  • Proficiency in the English language
