Core Accountabilities:

  • Lead a team of Process Excellence professionals including Business Analysts, Business Process Management Specialists and Continuous Improvements Specialists
  • Function as a lead process improvement analyst and lead structured problem-solving efforts to elicit requirements and drive process change
  • Ensure that optimized and streamlined processes are followed across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for intelligent automation w.r.t.RPA / AI functionalities and encourage appropriate use of technology and automation in support of business processes
  • Partner with operational teams to identify process and controls improvement opportunities
  • Oversee the delivery of best in class practices that include intelligent automation -RPA, AI and Analytics within the organization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders 
  • Oversee the development, implementation, update, and maintenance of strategy and methodology for business process excellence/continuous improvement including  execution and improvement methodologies
  • Inculcate a culture of continuous improvement across EBS
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing visibility of potential dips in service performance/ quality
  • Lead and manage the areas of Quality, Risk and Compliance (QRC) within EBS
  • Coordinate and facilitate the internal and external audit processes related to EBS
  • Drive and facilitate closure of audit findings in EBS
  • Drive, co-ordinate and support ISO initiatives

 


Experience:

  • 10 years experience in a QRC, Business Analyst, Business Process Management and/or Continuous Improvement role
  • Solid experience in driving and implementing change initiatives in matrix organizations

 


Education:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree  in Business Administration, IT or equivalent
  • Project Management and Lean Six Sigma certified will be preferred

 


Key Skills:

  • Change management, communications and presentation knowledge and competence coupled with business acumen and technical knowledge
  • Ability to communicate and work with senior management and to present  complex issues and options with clarity from a strategic viewpoint
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Proficiency in full range of MS office tools
