International Rewards Manager – EDGE Group

We are hiring an International Rewards Manager to join our Rewards team at EDGE, a fast-growing UAE-based leader in advanced technology and defense.

Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, with a strong focus on Europe. Ensure competitive, data-driven reward strategies aligned with business goals and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pay benchmarking, market analysis, and reward strategy development
  • Manage job evaluation, grading structures, and job architecture
  • Design and oversee salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs
  • Support annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, bonuses)
  • Drive reward analytics, dashboards, and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
  • Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations
  • Support M&A activities including due diligence and pay harmonization
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic reward advisory
  • Manage HR systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) for compensation processes

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of international rewards experience, particularly in Europe
  • Background in top-tier HR consulting (preferred) + in-house MNC experience
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer)
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; dashboarding experience essential
  • Experience with HRMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Rewards certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus
