International Rewards Manager – EDGE Group
We are hiring an International Rewards Manager to join our Rewards team at EDGE, a fast-growing UAE-based leader in advanced technology and defense.
Job Summary
Lead the design and delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, with a strong focus on Europe. Ensure competitive, data-driven reward strategies aligned with business goals and international best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pay benchmarking, market analysis, and reward strategy development
- Manage job evaluation, grading structures, and job architecture
- Design and oversee salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit, promotions, bonuses)
- Drive reward analytics, dashboards, and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations
- Support M&A activities including due diligence and pay harmonization
- Partner with stakeholders to provide strategic reward advisory
- Manage HR systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) for compensation processes
Requirements
- 12–15 years of international rewards experience, particularly in Europe
- Background in top-tier HR consulting (preferred) + in-house MNC experience
- Strong expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Korn Ferry, Mercer)
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; dashboarding experience essential
- Experience with HRMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- Rewards certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus
