Job Description:
Supports the Director, Human Resources in developing, designing and implementing company training programs for AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC. Responsible for the associated database management and process improvement initiatives with regard to the training processes. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. The primary focus will be identifying training needs, designing relevant programs, and assessing their impact on employee performance and loyalty, enhancing employee skills, improving performance, increasing productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure employees receive the necessary training to excel in their roles
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Design individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Identify and choose from a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage training budget
- Provide opportunities for ongoing development
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices
- Provide periodic reports and matrices regarding training activities.
- Monitor the yearly training calendar and prepare the training announcements accordingly
- Develop flowcharts, work instructions, checklists and action plans of company training activities.
- Submit weekly status and monthly reports.
- Ensure all training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
- Ensure that all internal training documents are completed immediately upon receiving them.
- Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field required, or Equivalent years of Experiences in the same field
- A minimum of six to ten years of experience in HR training related activities is required.
- Excellent organisational and strong interpersonal skills are an advantage.
Key Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, prioritise and multi-task is preferred.The ability to work well under pressure while Interacting effectively with all levels of employee.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office and HR software is preferred.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required. Arabic is an advantage.
- Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
