Manager Resilience (Contract Based)

Core Accountabilities:

• Develop and Maintain BC and Resilience Frameworks
• Lead crisis management planning and coordination, including incident response and recovery efforts.
• Conduct risk and impact assessments to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize resilience initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute regular testing, drills, and exercises to validate readiness and response capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate resilience practices into day-to-day operations.
• Provide training and awareness programs on resilience, crisis management, and recovery processes.
• Monitor and report on resilience metrics, readiness status, and improvement opportunities.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats affecting resilience
• Manage Resilience team to deliver high-quality, entity-specific deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve Group resilience maturity goals.

Experience:

• At least 10+ years proven experience in Risk Management
• Experience in UAE or Middle East is preferred
• Team management experience is essential

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Continuity, or a related field.
• BCM related Certifications like CBCP, CBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 22301 Lead Auditor is desirable
