Manufacturing & Tooling Engineer

Join as a Manufacturing & Tooling Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of tooling used in high-precision manufacturing. This role ensures efficient production, quality performance, and continuous improvement within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop tooling, jigs, fixtures, and gauges
• Support tooling integration, machine commissioning, and production readiness
• Define technical specifications for tooling and materials
• Maintain technical documentation and monitor tooling performance
• Apply SPC and support process improvement and root cause analysis
• Contribute to pilot runs, capability studies, and Lean initiatives
• Train production staff on tooling usage and quality procedures

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant experience (preferably in high-precision manufacturing)
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
