Manager – Medium Caliber Ammunition Development (Lahab)

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Manager – Medium Caliber Ammunition Development to lead the full development lifecycle of medium‑caliber ammunition systems, from concept to qualification and industrialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement development strategy.
• Lead design, testing, and qualification activities.
• Manage R&D priorities, resources, and departmental budget.
• Oversee modelling, simulation, and performance optimization.
• Lead production line definition and industrialization.
• Approve technical baselines and configuration changes.
• Manage test campaigns and qualification activities.
• Provide technical presentations and support business development.

Key Requirements

• Expert‑level knowledge of ammunition design.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and project management.
• Advanced CAD and simulation expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or similar.
• 11–15 years of experience in medium‑caliber ammunition design with leadership exposure.

Working Environment Office‑based with visits to labs, integration, and test facilities.
