Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve maintenance programs, schedules, inspection checklists, and technical documentation in accordance with OEM and client requirements.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance activities and Annual Service Plans (ASP).
• Monitor maintenance compliance, fleet reliability, equipment availability, and overall maintenance performance.
• Analyze maintenance data, defect reports, and operational trends to identify issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, operational teams, and clients to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate CMMS records, technical databases, and maintenance documentation.
• Review and update maintenance programs, technical records, and system documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate maintenance findings and recommendations to engineering teams.
• Support the Technical Planning Department while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Maintenance Engineering (preferred).
• 3–5 years' experience in maintenance planning, fleet maintenance, or MRO.
• Proficient in CMMS (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent English; Arabic and automotive experience are an advantage.
