Core Accountabilities
Operations
•Assuring that all existing daily routines and processes are followed effectively and efficiently.
•Responsible for continuous improvement of the LIF operations, including the improvement of processes and routines.
Engagement
•Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are aware of the EDGE Learning and Innovation Factory (LIF) offerings, Curricula and approach.
• Ensuring that all stakeholders, internal and external, are engaged with the goals of LIF.
•Planning and executing, together with Group Marketing and Communication, the marketing and communication initiatives connected to LIF.
•Actively participating in marketing and communication events.
•Creating an image of LIF as the trusted learning and innovation hub within the covered topics of the LIF Offerings and Curricula.
Supporting Accountabilities
•Supporting the LIF staff with the daily tasks.
•Acting as the extended hand of the LIF Director whenever needed.
•Supports with actively proposing solutions which make the LIF offerings better and/or more attractive.
•Actively supports with the implementation, or execution, of critical solutions for LIF operations (such as Learning Management Systems)
