External Job Description

Join as a Painter to perform coating and finishing activities for parts and components in line with technical requirements. This role ensures high-quality surface preparation, painting, and curing while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform painting, spraying, and coating (including Cerakote) as per specifications
• Prepare surfaces, including sandblasting and masking
• Read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
• Operate painting tools and curing ovens
• Inspect and ensure quality of painted components
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow all safety and company procedures

Qualifications and Experience
• Technical Diploma in a relevant field (preferred)
• 4–5 years of experience in industrial painting
• 1–2 years of experience in Cerakote or similar coating
