Job Summary:

The Photography and Videography Technician is responsible for the execution of all the photography and videography solutions that apply to tests that take place at the Abu Al Abyad Test Range and off-site test activities involving the use of highspeed cameras, cameras, infrared cameras, video recording drones, electro-optical flight tracking systems, etc.

Key Accountabilities:

•  Work with the assigned test engineers and team lead for conducting tests that require the application of. high speed cameras, cameras, infrared cameras, video recording drones, electro-optical flight tracking systems, etc.
• Setup and operating related test equipment
• Feedback to test procedures to improve the test safety and reliability
• Prepares the raw data to be used in test reports.
• Ensure that the relevant test equipment and sensors are used according to Range documentation
• Search for new opportunities to improve the productivity and safety of his/her area of expertise

Experience & Qualifications:

• Understanding of photography and videography basics
• Understanding to set up and operate high speed cameras, electro-optical tracker and similar related test equipment.
• Basic knowledge of MS. Office software
• Flexible approach to work – willing to work overtime, ad hoc shifts or on customer sites as and when required.
• Fluent in spoken English
• Technical training as mechanical or electrical technician or equivalent experience
