External Job Description

Join as a Planner, Product Maintenance & Services to support planning and coordination of maintenance activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with operational and business requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage maintenance and service plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to align scope, priorities, and timelines
• Prepare schedules, resource plans, and workload forecasts
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays
• Maintain planning data in ERP systems and prepare reports
• Support budgeting, cost tracking, and proposal preparation
• Plan manpower requirements and coordinate with HR
• Align maintenance activities with project schedules

 

Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in planning or project coordination
• Experience in scheduling, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP)
