Job Responsibilities
Ensure all hangar activities are conducted in compliance with the Hangar Facility Manual and established safety and security protocols. Manage UAS inventory, including equipment labeling, packaging, preservation, handling, and storage, in line with company policies and safety standards.

Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on UAS platforms, payloads, and support equipment to maintain operational readiness and compliance with the Master Maintenance Schedule. Accurately maintain aerovehicle logbooks, maintenance records, and all relevant documentation.

Support UAS integration, functional testing, and validation of avionics, propulsion, and communication systems under engineering supervision. Assist in prototype builds, hardware integration, and modification activities for development programs.

Ensure all tools and calibration equipment are properly maintained, updated, and compliant with facility standards. Conduct incoming inspections of parts and materials, verifying conformity to specifications and maintaining accurate records.

Follow OEM technical manuals, service bulletins, and instructions to ensure correct execution of maintenance and assembly tasks. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the hangar. Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, and security teams to support smooth operations. Provide technical feedback during design, testing, and evaluation phases.

Education and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a technician in aerospace, unmanned systems, or defense environments. Hands-on experience with UAS platforms, avionics, propulsion systems, and payload integration is required. Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures, quality systems, and safety protocols is essential.
