As we continue to grow and take on new challenges, we are seeking a talented Principal Integration Engineer to join our team.

The Principal Integration Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible from; System Integration Planning, Subsystem coordination, design optimization, configuration tracking, test planning and execution, compliance standards, failure analysis and mitigation, prototype and production support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in mechanical system integration, with at least 3-5 years focused on UAVs or similar high-performance aerospace systems.
• Training: Certifications in project management, test engineering, or integration systems preferred. Extensive experience with military and aerospace systems integration.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of UAV mechanical systems, including airframe, mechanical / hydraulic systems, propulsion, environmental conditioning and structural integration.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., UG/ CATIA/ SolidWorks).
• Understanding of UAV & Payload technology and its impact on mechanical system design.
• Capable of working in a team driven environment.
• Expertise in mechanical systems design, integration, and testing
• Understanding of unmanned aircraft design principles
• Proficient in testing of UAVs
• Hands-on experience with mechanical integration tools and techniques
• Familiarity with the impact of stealth technology

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the integration of mechanical systems within the stealth UAV platform, ensuring systems operate seamlessly with avionics, electrical, and propulsion systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, software engineers, and avionics engineers, to ensure integration meets performance and stealth requirements.
• Conduct design reviews and validation tests for mechanical integration and resolve issues related to mechanical ubsystems.
