Key Accountabilities:

• Identify, communicate, and manage discrepancies between engineering and manufacturing data packs
• Review and analyze Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) of released data packs
• Effectively communicate production issues to relevant departments
• Coordinate and implement engineering changes on the shop floor
• Identify production issues on the assembly line and lead problem-solving teams to perform root cause analyses
• Drive objectives to achieve production KPIs (Safety / Quality / Volume / Costs)
• Identify issues in efficiency and implement improvements
• Monitor and report on production variations through statistical process controls (SPC)
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met as required

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Production Engineer.
• Minimum requirement of an Engineering Degree, Fluent in English.
• Preferred experience in development engineering and new product launches.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and/or a qualification in DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).
