    • Develop and refine production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all UAVs undergo rigorous testing procedures to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain high standards of quality control, conducting inspections and audits to ensure products meet both internal and external specifications.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards (e.g., FAA, ISO, etc.).
  • Collaboration with Engineering & Design Teams:
    • Work closely with design and engineering teams to address technical challenges, design updates, and production feasibility.
    • Provide feedback on product designs and suggest improvements based on production experience.
    • Troubleshoot any production issues related to components, systems, or technical specifications.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    • Ensure that necessary materials, components, and parts are available for production and work with the supply chain team to manage inventory levels.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, processes, issues, and resolutions.
    • Prepare regular reports on production status, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
    • Document and implement procedures, updates, and changes in production protocols as needed.

Key Qualifications:
