ABOUT THE ROLE
The Project Specialist (Electronic Warfare) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves managing project schedules, resources, procurement, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience managing complex technical or engineering projects, preferably in defense, aerospace, radar, communications, or electronic warfare.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Planning
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, and resources requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor and control of evolving project plans in consultation with technical team.
Budget Management
- Prepare project budgets and monitor expenditure to ensure cost control and value optimization.
- Report on budget variances and implement corrective measures when required.
- Support procurement activities including purchase requisition tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery monitoring.
Risk Management
- Proactively identify and assess potential risks to project delivery.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to reduce project disruptions.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure key milestones are met.
- Optimize resource usage to prevent bottlenecks or shortfalls.
Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the main point of contract for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer meetings, project reviews, acceptance activities, and progress reporting.
- Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
Quality Control
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews and facilitate continuous improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing technical, engineering, or product development projects, preferably within defense, aerospace, communications, radar, electronic warfare, or related technology sectors.
- Working knowledge of RF systems and electronic warfare concepts sufficient to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional project from initiation to closure. Technical Knowledge
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Electronic Warfare concepts, including:

- Foundational understanding of Electronic Warfare principles and RF-based systems.
- Familiarity with spectrum operations, jamming, spoofing, electronic support, and electronic protection concepts.
- Awareness of Counter-UAS technologies, sensors, radar, communications, and RF systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
