Range Conducting Officer

The Range Conducting Officer (RCO) is expected to assist in the planning of Air/Land and Maritime tests and coordinating all Range and bought in functions during test specification and execution. The RCO is responsible for ensuring that the test is executed in accordance with the test plan and associated risk assessments

Position : Range Conducting Officer (RCO) 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Ensure that the test is conducted in accordance with the test plan and associated risk assessments
• Ensure that the correct test team is applied to the test.
• Help with the planning of tests
• Work with specialists to establish suitable and sufficient risk assessments
• Conduct test and daily safety briefings.
• Control access and contractors at tests.
• Control flight plans with other RCO active in testing.
• Ensure that the test is set up according to the test plan.
• Ensure that the range area is closed according to the safety trace in the test plan
• Ensure that the test area is remediated in accordance with the test plan at the end of each test
• Report all Incidents and accidents according Remaya XRange policies and SOP’s.
• Conduct Test Reports
