Security Architect

We’re seeking a Security Architect with deep experience in on-premises enterprise environments to lead end-to-end security architecture across complex, regulated infrastructure.

This is a high-ownership, stakeholder-facing role where you will act as the security design authority, driving architecture decisions across large-scale, non-cloud-centric environments.

What You’ll Do

• Own and define end-to-end security architecture across enterprise infrastructure, platforms, and data environments
• Act as the security authority for major infrastructure and transformation initiatives
• Design and secure complex on-premises environments, including legacy, distributed, and integrated systems
• Translate risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements into practical, enforceable architecture decisions
• Lead architecture reviews and set direction for engineering teams
• Apply Zero Trust principles in environments with traditional network boundaries and legacy constraints
• Define secure data flows and controlled data exchange, including high-sensitivity environments
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including technology and business leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, with significant experience in enterprise security architecture
• Proven track record designing end-to-end security architectures in on-premises environments
• Deep expertise in traditional infrastructure (networks, servers, endpoints, data centers)
• Strong experience in hybrid and legacy environments (not cloud-led architectures)
• Background in regulated or high-security environments is highly preferred
• Deep, end-to-end expertise across enterprise security domains, including infrastructure, identity, data protection, and cryptographic controls
• Experience with secure system integration and cross-environment data exchange
• Demonstrated ability to push back, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders
