Key Responsibilities :

•    Creating, updating, and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with EDGE group standards and legal regulations.
•    Conducting regular security assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks and threats. 
•    Leading the development and execution of emergency response plans for incidents like fires, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Conducting drills and training sessions.
•    Overseeing the daily operations of the security team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Providing leadership and mentorship to security staff.
•    Acting as the primary point of contact for internal departments, law enforcement, and other external agencies regarding security matters.

Education & Experience:

 
Typically 5-7 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field.
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, General management or a related field is preferred. 
UAE nationality is preferred 

Experience :

Developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
Managing access control systems, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Conducting security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses.
Experience with emergency response and crisis management planning.
Knowledge of local UAE security policies  
Experience in a corporate or government setting is often highly valued.
