In addition to producing propulsion system, we also qualify and procure high-quality, high-performing engines to meet additional customer propulsion requirements 

ABOUT THE ROLE

PowerTech is seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Analyst – Project Management to support the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and delivery of strategic, technical, operational, and production-related projects.

The role will work closely with project managers, functional leaders, engineering teams, operations teams, suppliers, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong project coordination and analytical capabilities, experience supporting or managing projects across the full project lifecycle, and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. Experience within engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, technology, or other technical environments would be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and success criteria in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, action trackers, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor project performance against agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and other functional teams.
  • Support project managers and program leaders in the execution of projects from initiation through implementation and close-out.
  • Track project progress and identify potential delays, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource constraints.
  • Maintain project risk and issue registers and support the development and implementation of mitigation and recovery plans.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.
  • Consolidate project data and provide clear analysis of project performance, schedule variance, cost performance, risks, and key actions.
  • Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and monitor the completion of agreed actions.
  • Support budget tracking, cost forecasting, purchase requirements, and financial reporting in coordination with Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate internal resources, suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors to support project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records, approvals, decisions, and change requests.
  • Support project governance processes, including stage-gate reviews, project reviews, steering committee meetings, and management reporting.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure appropriate escalation of critical project risks, issues, and delays.
  • Support change control processes and evaluate the potential impact of project changes on cost, schedule, resources, and deliverables.
  • Support resource and capacity planning across assigned projects and workstreams.
  • Assist with project evaluation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives following project completion.
  • Ensure project activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, quality requirements, applicable safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of project management standards, templates, tools, processes, and reporting methodologies across PowerTech.
  • Perform additional project management and operational support activities as required by the PMO or business leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or another relevant discipline.
  • Engineering qualification, particularly in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a related engineering discipline, is advantageous.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program management, engineering projects, operations, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing projects across multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, principles, tools, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, trackers, risk registers, reports, and project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating activities across multiple functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with SAP or another ERP system.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Experience within aerospace, defence, manufacturing, engineering, technology, energy, automotive, or other technically complex industries.
  • Experience supporting development, engineering, technology, industrialization, manufacturing, production, or operational projects.
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office or structured program/project governance environment.
  • Experience with project cost management, resource planning, capacity planning, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of project management KPIs, dashboards, earned value principles, and project controls would be advantageous.
